The Story
A bouncer (Kate Beckinsale) with a slightly murderous anger-management issue keeps her problem under control with the help of an electrode-lined vest, using it to shock herself back to normalcy whenever she gets homicidal. After the first guy she ever fell in love with is murdered, she goes on a revenge-fueled rampage to find the killer while the cops pursue her as their chief suspect.

Worldwide FX created all of the visual FX content, distributed among the different facilities.
We had the chance to work on some amazing high octane shots that encompass the overall feeling of this darkly funny action-thriller really well.
The electric travel effect in the eye is a key part of the narrative. This trademark element for the film was designed and created by Worldwide FX UK using a blend of 2D and 3D custom-made elements.
